Our Origin Story

Checkmark grew out of firsthand experience managing hundreds of inspections each month across multiple sites and vendors. Inspections were consistently completed, but tracking fixes, coordinating contractors, and proving compliance was fragmented and slow. Checkmark was created to close that gap. Inspectors capture issues with a photo, external vendors receive secure links to upload proof without an account, and managers get AI-powered dashboards aligned with their own SOPs. The result is a clear, accountable process that turns inspections into verified outcomes.
