Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade immediately with prorated charges, or downgrade with instant cash refunds. No contracts, no penalties.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
If you are over your storage limit, we will prevent you from adding new files to inspections. We never delete your files for overage reasons. You will be able to download or export your files at any point you wish. We'll notify you before you reach your limit. You can add storage blocks ($12.50/50GB) or upgrade your plan.
How does the free plan work?
Free forever for up to 5 users. Perfect for small teams or trying out FixTraq. No time limits, just fewer features than paid plans.
How can I brand my reports?
On the Team or Business plans, you can brand your reports with your own logo and colors. You can also add your own custom text to the reports.
